I also ran a popular lake-front lemonade stand across from our house. Entrepreneurship has been a part of my life for decades, building several successful businesses, including a law firm, a real estate brokerage, and a residential development company. Combining in traditional education in real estate, law, consumer law and finance with the infamous school of hard knocks, I enjoy bringing a practical, in-the-trenches approach to real estate investing to my clients and students.
